wife lost her FAST paperwork (after getting fingerprinted)

Hi,

I was just getting ready to send in the CHL paperwork for my wife and me and couldn't find my wife's FAST form - the one she was given when she went in for her fingerprints. Is there a way to get a duplicate somewhere? I read somewhere that your application will still process without it since we have that application ID with the barcode and her fingerprints SHOULD be associated with it in the system...but it may take longer. I don't know if that's accurate, but if there's a way to get a duplicate of that form I'd rather just get it and send it in like the instructions say. Anyone have experience with that?

thanks in advance for your advice!

Your receipt page with the Barcode on it also has a checklist that tells you each item you need to send in. The FAST form is not one, I don't think. You shouldn't need it. :tiphat:

aha!

after reading the checklist more carefully I see that the fingerprints have to be SUBMITTED via FAST and you're right - no paperwork from that is required.

:iagree: You don't need it. the prints will be associated with your application when they transmit them to DPS. Just send in the items on the checklist and you should eb good to go. :thumbs2:
