Remember our Pepper Spray discussion???

I heard last night that pepper spray was used to disorient and incapacitate the victims in these cases...
The timing of our last discussion, and the occurance of these incidents is interesting...
Admittedly, I was "slightly" skeptical of the widespread usage of pepper spray, by criminals, to gain some sort of advantage over a victim...
Makes you kinda rethink how much of a personal "bubble" you may believe you need around you these days...
But anyway, though some folks might like to keep up the discussion about this...
