KTRK (ABC) of Houston shows Al Capone's photo on CHL

Thought you all here might find this interesting.
KTRK tv in Houston showed a news story about the increase in applications for CHL.
In that report they use Al Capone's mugshot photo for the license.
Great unbiased journalism.
It aired Tuesday.

They do not have the report on their website. I did take a very poor video of it with my smartphone.

How old is that? Texas CHL hasn't looked like the center card for several years.
It never looked like the Al Capone card. Here's a likely source for that gem.
