between 2:50 amd 3:10 this afternoon the station will be passing over Texas.

Good Android app to track the ISS (and other sats) is SatelliteAR. At least IMHO.

for Iphones and pads GoISSwatch is a fairly good app... free version has just the station.... can get satellites with paid version...
