I'm making a trip to Arkansas in a week and I will be bringing my chl and ccw. Is there any thing in particular to keep in mind and what not? Like 30.06/gun busters signs.

Go here and look up the laws for any states you will be traveling through.

(12)
Any portion of an establishment, except a restaurant
as defined in § 3-5-1202, licensed to dispense
alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises;
(13)
Any portion of an establishment, except a restaurant as defined in § 3-5-1202, where beer or light
wine is consumed on the premises

Could you clarify this? Does this equal to the 51% rule or any restaurant with alcohol?

Also, I gather gun buster = valid and no mag/round limits as well. Am i correct?

Any place at the discretion of the person or entity exercising control over the physical location, by displaying a written notice "clearly readable" at a distance of not less than ten feet, and posted at each entrance to the location, stating that "carrying a handgun is prohibited." Section 5-73-306(19)(A). A written notice is not required for private homes, and any licensee entering a private home must notify the occupants that he or she is carrying a concealed handgun

In order for it to be considered a restaurant it must serve full meals at least once a day, be open at least 5 days a week, and have a seating capacity of at least 50 people.
If you are going to the place to eat a meal you should be fine.

As I read the list of prohibited places, they are very siilar to Texas' with the exception, ANY no guns sign is valid and you have to notify any home owner whose home your entering that you have a handgun. It looks like any place that serves alcohol for on premise consumption is off limits except restaurants.

Heres the definition of restaurant.
3-5-1202. Definitions.

(11) "Restaurant" means any public or private place which is kept, used, maintained, advertised, and held
out to the public or to a private or restricted membership as a place where complete meals are actually and
regularly served, such place being provided with adequate and sanitary kitchen and dining equipment and a
seating capacity of at least fifty (50) people and having employed a sufficient number and kind of employees
to prepare, cook, and serve suitable food for its guests or members. At least one (1) meal per day shall be
served, and the place shall be open a minimum of five (5) days per week, with the exception of holidays,
vacations, and periods of redecorating. HISTORY: Acts 1991, No. 611, § 1; 1995, No. 491, § 1. :tiphat:
