I was issued my CHL for the first time over Spring Break.....around March 12th.

Was bored at work today so I decided to check my status on the website. I double checked and I did NOT do the instructor status.

But it nows says....."No application or license/certificate active."

What does that mean? Was it revoked? Or is the online 'reset'?

By the way....I do have plastic in hand.....so its not like there was a mistake somewhere.

I would expect that the online is reset.

Make sure you aren't looking at the instructor portion; apparently tahts what the instructor portion says.

After being on HOLD on 45 mintues.....I finally got an agent who was in the best mood also....

She told me that a error was made on their end under my first license and it was corrected. The license I have is active and the earlier issue was destroyed before being mailed.

So....no clue what the means. But least my CHL is valid!
