marijuana charge

When I was 17 prior to serving in the USMC was charged with possession of marijuana - misdeamenor (A,B,C) not sure paid fine and forgot about it. Will this prohibit me from receiving my CHL...36yrs later?

Welcome to the forum.
If it was a misdemeanor possession charge, then the time is well over the limit and you should be eligible. Just make sure to list it on your application and send supporting documentation on the disposition of the charge.

Thanks for the replies...went to county Clerks Office 7-24 and they do not even have record of arrest!! Had to pay $5.00 for her to print and stamp official copy for DPS
