South Carolina.

"An arrest warrant states that Gajadhar, who is a licensed instructor, sold concealed weapons permits without providing the training required by law."

"SLED says people who live in 27 different counties are being notified by mail that their permits are being revoked and must be surrendered to SLED within 15 days after receiving the notification. The letters tell people how they can reinstate their permit once SLED receives proper training documentation."

Wouldn't it be simpler to tell them to get training with someone else within 30 days or it is revoked? I guess that wouldn't be the bureaucratic way.

Not that uncommon.

However, this is the largest group I have seen that bought licenses without taking the class. Goes to show you need to make sure you legally fufilled the obligations for the license if you take a class from someone, especially for out of state licenses.

I'm a little surprised trying to circumvent the law to get a license isn't a disqualifier for at least a period of time.

:iagree:
Especially if the paperwork they submitted stated that they had done the training. Would this not be a case of falsifying government documents?
