Thought i would share some news from Dallas today for those that may not know, and get everyone's opinion. An elderly couple was coming out of a local store when a guy jumped the woman and took her necklace and purse knocking her to the ground. He jumped in a car and was leaving when her 70yr old husband with a chl pulled his gun and shot at the car multiple times killing the robber and causing his car to crash into another. No charges are expected but is going to grand jury. So here's the question. Justifiable deadly force. Car is leaving. Or not justifiable. Debate.
