A bill passed that now protects the private information of CHL holders. (I forget which bill it is.)
When does this go into effect? (Charles? ElGato?)

HB 991 will become effective on September 1, 2007

Thanks for the correction. I knew the Emergency Powers bill went into effect immediately, but missed this one!
