Lute Riley has 30.06 posted in english only on all doors to the showroom.

Assume not legal, in other words - ok to carry?

I would have to presume that they are intending to exclude english speaking CHL licensees but not those who speak spanish. That's not legal.

The law says the sign must be in english and spanish and I would presume that any notification that does not meet the requirements of law would fail the test.

Close doesn't count except in horseshoes and hand grenades.

Perhaps they are posting it intentionally incorrect to appease both the anti-gun and CHL types?

Perhaps this dealership should lose a little business.

I would not go there if they had NRA & TSRA stickers welcoming CHLs. They were highlighted on NBC Dateline a few years ago for crooked business practices, etc.

At one company I worked, We had an Intranet about local merchants and they were the number most complained about place.

It is a new century, but nothing seems to have changed.

Go on up to Honda of McKinney.

I'm also of the opinion that I wouldn't do business with a place like that. Even if they're not displaying a legal sign, they are displaying the fact that they don't want my business.

I would definitely write them a letter letting them know that i would be looking for a Honda at another dealership and faxing them a copy of my sales receipt as soon as i bought one :)
