I was at Tandy Leather this week and saw some Kydex there. I was trying to think of a good reason to buy some. I bought their "Holster Making Kit - KYDEX™ - Standard Model - (w/Tek-Lok)" - $24.95
I added 8x12" foam and more of the hardware that comes with that kit.
