CHL delivered with WRONG photo!

Anyone else ever have this issue? Waited over a month to finally get my CHL all my info is correct 22 yr old 170 lbs male and they sent my CHL with a photo of a 50ish yr old male crazy huh? Any suggestions on how to go about getting it changed? If still able to carry while waiting to change? Also I live about an hour from Austin is DPS something I can walk into and try to get it changed then? Very aggravating any suggestions will help thanks

Not the first persone here to have that happen. Call them have it fixed

It's rare but it does happen. People have reported that DPS gets a replacement to them very quickly. I doubt you can just walk in and get a new one manufactured. Things may have changed, but actual manufacturing is done in batches by a 3rd party on site at DPS.

My replacement came in in less than a week in late November...

Happened to me in 2012. My name, address, etc., but another guy's picture and signature. They had a new, correct one to me in less than a week.
