And did not replace it with any signage prohibiting legal concealed carry. Time will tell if it is a remodeling oversight or a change of policy. I sent an message to corporate congratulating them on their wise decision. I expect a form letter restating their previous gun-free kill zone position.

Why bring it to corporate's attention in case the local manager did it on his own? You may get him busted and the sign put back up. Just go and enjoy it.

If it really is their position, we should know where they stand so that we can choose whether we want to give such a company our business.

a regular gun buster sign has no force of law for a CHL holder..... only a 30.06 sign and 51% signs are the ones CHL's need to heed..

I'm glad I'm never in South Arlington. Please don't alert any more corporations to their deficiency of signage.

Read my post again. I did not notify them of deficient signage. I congratulated them on their wise new policy. They currently have the TABC sign "intended for use on the types of premises where a holder of a concealed hand gun license may lawfully possess a concealed hand gun."

What if that is not their new policy and now corporate knows to address the issue?

Well, Mojo, I will know that this is an establishment that does not value my business and they won't get any.

Now, all they need to do is get some decent food and I'll consider going there.

It sounds to me like you were going there to spend your money knowing they had a negative gun sign and was surprised to not see one. I just don't understand what you gain by bringing it to corporate's attention if you go there anyway.

Nonetheless, welcome to the forum.

Actually, I went there to get a photograph of the illegal gunbuster sign that was there previously for reference use. I had no intention of spending money there until I found all visible indications that it was now a 2A friendly business.
