Tea Party News Network is reporting this. Arrived with his wife and Secret Service.
I think it is just a ploy to advance his ratings in the presidential campaign.

I don't believe it for a split second. Supposedly, he was admitted on Thursday Feb. 26. If this had been true or factual, EVERY major and minor news department in the U.S. would have been all over that story like a frog on a junebug. The sensational news story of the year. Yet, I've seen or heard nothing on this on any TV news program. It's either a hoax or THE best cover up in many a year. My money is on a hoax.

I could find no major news source, so I didn't post a link and added a ? to the headline.
My position still stands that it would improve his chances in 2016 if it were true.

Can't be true!
Betty Ford is for treating drunks, yet we know that Biden is simply a straight out whack job nincompoop. I wouldn't insult drinks by comparing them to Biden!

I assume anything credible would have turned up on Drudge. I did find this-
Client confidentiality prevents Ford Center employees from divulging patient information, but a resident of the Center apparently contacted an outside family member and broke the news of Biden’s arrival. According to the client’s relative, the Vice President and his wife entered the facility and spoke with a few residents to offer encouragement and to provide information about the Affordable Care Act. The visit lasted for about an hour. When contacted, a spokesperson for the Betty Ford Center said that the family member “was playing a prank” and no such visit had officially taken place.

Proving once again, you can't believe everything you read on the internet. @Jim Beaux, yes, a "world of lies" these days, sometimes passing as journalism. And @ the OP this "news" is a week old! Clearly false though just as clearly many will just read the headline and believe it to be true.
All distractions while the POTUS has free rein in his continuing quest to destroy our country.
Sigh.
