2/25/15 Email received confirms "We have received CHL supporting documents attached to your recent email. Please allow up to six weeks for processing"

You need to call them and make sure they have all your documents. The recording will say if it hasn't been 30 days they can't help you but they can tell you if they have everything. Even if you got a confirmation email like I did the still didn't get all of it

Hi. new member here. have been following forum for a little while, thought I would post my time line.
2/21/15-took class
2/25/15-fingerprints
2/26/15- mailed documents overnite mail
3/09/15-status changed
3/10/15-received email that plastic is in the mail.
just waiting on mail now.
I don't know if it helped but I emailed them 3 times wanting to know if they
had all my documents. Maybe they hurried up to keep me from emailing
them anymore.

I've been lurking also. Nice to see some other folks from El Paso here. Here's my timeline so far.
2/22/15 - CHL class
2/23/15 - Submitted application
2/25/15 - Fingerprints and submitted CHL certificate online. Received confirmation of submitted docs several hours later.
3/11/15 - Still waiting
I'll probably call to make sure they received my certificate either tomorrow or Friday.
