This is an important committee, that can either schedule a bill for floor debate....or stall a bill, bottle it up, effectively killing the bill. It's happened before and will happen again. With some key bills of interest to us recently being assigned to the Calendars Committee, I'm curious to know how quickly they can move to the next step.
