I'm hoping someone could direct me to a contact that can give me my Texas CHL status. Submitted in December 2014 via Email. I have not received any notification that my information was received either via U.S. Mail or Email.

I'm afraid it looks like I may have to start all over again but first I would like to talk to someone that could give some information regarding my status.
