SB473 passed House!

First major pro-gun legislation to pass both chambers this session. It clarifies that machine guns, silencers, etc. are not illegal if they are registered pursuant to the NFA, instead of registration being a defense to prosecution.
Hopefully this break gives all the other pro-gun bills some momentum.
