Got a big surprise

Yesterday in the mail a letter came asking for disposition on the situation I talked about in an earlier post,that happened 38 years ago I was NoBilled. I had the certified copy of the No Bill for Dallas but the surprise was the original arrest was in Colorado.They wanted that disposition as well. Called as soon as I got the letter yesterday and faxed the No Bill, this morning overnight to Colorado everything for my paper work from there. I am really afraid this will get me a refusal for my CHL has anyone had any experience in this kind of situation?
