Scored (Limit) 3 boxes Win 333 rds. .22LR HP yesterday at my Wally. They also had beau coup 9, .40. .45 in just about any config you'd want including mega packs. It appears the ammo shortage is over until the next panic.
EDIT: OOPS - $14.97/box = $0.0447 rd.

You might be a bit optimistic on that but its definitely getting better. I haven't seen .22 at the 3 Walmarts in my area in months and any of the .45 I've seen is either Tul or overpriced. Picked up a few CCI bricks at Cabelas Allen last weekend, about lost an arm reaching into the scrum.

I haven't seen that box at any of my walmarts before. Maybe I'll have to swing by and take a look.

Whats interesting is the only place I have been able to find decently priced in stock 22 ammo is in Louisiana when I travel there. I bought 1050 rounds last week and about 1500 last month. Im up to about 6000 rounds total. I haven't decided when I have enough stockpiled. I refuse to buy anything over 6 cents a round. These people paying the 10 cent and higher stuff just makes the retailers justify the higher price.

I like that stuff, it shoots great in my suppressed 22/45, never jams. I've been buying it from Palmetto State Armoury for alot more than what you paid. I guess it's time to start searching Walmart again.

No .22 ammo of any kind, all summer, in the Polson, MT Walmart.

I swung by a couple local walmarts today and there was no .22lr at all in either one.

Same for any of the WMs around the Springfield, MO area. Though I only check on the rare occasions that I actually venture into WM for something.
