The port is a twic certified location with US Customs on site. There is a 30.06 sign posted at the main office in La porte, But I dont know about the boat tour location. Is the Port of Houston owned by the State of Texas or subdivision thereof(i.e. Houston)? If so, I guess you could carry past the 30.06.
