FMJ vs. TMJ

As I understand it, (I'm speaking of 9mm Luger Speer Lawman 124 grain TMJ Ammo) Total Metal Jacket covers the lead totally as opposed to FMJ or Full Metal Jacket covers most, but not ALL the lead, thus allowing some of the lead to be vaporized when shot.
So, from a health perspective, breathing in no lead after being fired, TMJ's are/presumably, a healthier choice of ammo for practice?
Also, presumably they should/maybe, by virtue of being a cleaner ammo, make cleaning your pistol a bit easier to clean.
Or, am I wrong?
What say you?

I say that I've never heard of TMJ before and will have to research it a bit.
Or is this a joke?

You are correct. That is my understanding as well. The TMJ has full coverage in the back, so the explosion behind it will not vaporize and burn some of the lead, so it should be healthier, easier to clean and should be more environmentally friendly.
Edit - I stand corrected, AndyC below probably has a better understanding of it.

AndyC,
As usual, you provide very clear/helpful information for understanding.
Thanks!
C-dub,
No joke!
TexasVet,
Thanks for your response.
