Called them last Tuesday they told me my LTC was sent to print so I expected it by about Saturday. Well that day came and went and no LTC. So i expected it today and I called them and the lady told me to stop calling so much because I need to give them time which irritated me off even more. She told me that it was amongst thousands that were being sent for printing and being printed and it could still take 10-12 business days and that it hasn't even shipped yet. After I was told last Tuesday that I would have it in about a week. Hmmmmmm sounds like the run around..... So calling twice is too much??? Wow

Licenses are batch processed in large groups. When a batch is sent for printing, it doesn't mean that license will go out that day. The printing is done under contract so no one at DPS will be able to tell you exactly what day it will print or the day it will be mailed.

Count how many days you have been waiting. Few years back, some waited 3X more!

Took my first CHL 74 days to process before I had plastic in hand.

Yup lol! I mean I halfway expected it by now I've waited 50 days thus far so hopefully it gets here soon

Don't irritate the DPS. They might lose your LTC and have to start over.

Lol!!! They probably already have! What's even worse is new in the waist band holster came in today and I was thinking i was gonna get to use it lol
