Active CHL's in Texas

Does anyone know if or how close Texas is to reaching the 1 million mark on active CHL holders?

If not in by end of this year 2015. Most likely in 2016.

That is kinda what I was thinking too with what last yrs report showed,a lot of voting power if everyone were on the same page.
