Summary:

1) Gun Control does not work in California
2) Black vicitims are 16X more than white
3) Hispanic victims are 2.5X more than white
4) 60% of the shootings/murder are gang-bangers related.

Ah. Gun violence is racist(black on black gun violence). Gun control is racistst (protecting the white only). Latino are also singled out too.
But hey the easy access to fireams as a reason for the violence is none-sense, as the White may have up 8X more guns than non-white but still they are safer with guns than non-white. That for sure is another racisit fact, no? :headscratch :headscratch :headscratch :woohoo

You also need to look at the number of LEOs per capita and the type of policing they use. That is a huge factor.
