Listening to scanner traffic. Someone just call in to 911 to say a relative just showed at there house all upset saying they just messed up real bad. Didn't say if it was related to the shooting or not.

During the afternoon, people wounded in the firefight were taken to a police staging area in armored personnel carriers. As one was put on a stretcher and taken by ambulance, shouts in the crowd of law enforcement officers could be heard calling for a sniper to help officers bring down the gunman.
Officers have not said how many people were injured or whether there are any fatalities.
3:17 p.m. UPDATE
Police confirm that officers and the suspect have exchanged gunfire inside the Planned Parenthood building.
The president of Planned Parenthood Vicki Cowart issues a statement: "At this time, our concern is for the safety of our patients, staff and law enforcement."

"There was a moment this afternoon when a man walked up to the scene with a handgun strapped to his waist and ammunition vest around his chest," The Gazette reports. "He appeared to be asking police if he could help. Officers told him to leave immediately because appearing at the scene while wearing firearms and that equipment was a bad idea."

I read the possibility that it was from a bank robbery gone wrong. The PP building was close to a bank, and someone said the initial gunfire was near the bank.

I am hearing it didn't start at PP as well, so this may be accurate.

I've read in a couple of places that it started in the parking lot of a grocery store nearby, when the police responded he ducked into the PP as it was close and the doors were open. I will say however that I had also read the bank robbery scenario. The grocery store story is apparently coming from a LEO who was on the scene.
I use to live in the area and that specific area is near a popular shopping district, the PP is a large square building with at least one door on each side (I think some had two), as I remember it, I could easily be wrong on that detail, but it does seem like it would be easy for him to get in.

Since he didn't even injure a single patient or staff member of PP, it's very unlikely that PP was the target of his attack. He was inside the building. He could have killed plenty of people inside the building, if he had wanted to.

That doesn't fit the desired narrative....it had to be a right-wing religious gun nut who believed the nonsense that PP was selling body parts (the Yahoo article I read said the claim that PP sells body parts is false).
