Usually, I do not have a lot of issues with MidwayUSA. However, Last Monday, I placed an order and a week later the order did not ship.
I sent an email last wednesday and I got a response today stating they are sorry they hope it would ship today. It did not.

MidwayUSA get your act together or you will lose a repeat customer for a long time.

I've got some magazines on order with them. I really hope they don't dilly dally around. Thanks for the heads up

I think I got lucky. I bought 3 mags and a stock during Black Friday and got them all within a week.

i expected the same with brownells during thanksgiving sales but i had my items within a week, was quite surprised.

There appears to be massive panic buying going on right now. Don't know if Midway may have some internal issue compounding that, postal system also already seeing holiday traffic surge. I would cut them some slack.

Panic buying/Christmas season.

Patience is required, but I understand the frustration.

I worked in the Midway shipping department once, many years ago (pre-ecommerce), and can tell you that the seasonal crush is insane. Add real world events, and the political cycle of late, I can only imagine what their hourly output is like this December.

Here we go. The promo item a Cleaning kit with 3 bore-snake retail was $80 sales is $20. Is no more available. My order was on hold. Now they would issue a refund for the promo item and try to ship my order.

A mix of long time employees who knew what they were doing and temporary workers, almost exclusively university students, each hoping to survive the other

Talking to the UPS driver today and he said they are backed up really bad already . It will be worse the closer it gets to Christmas .

I ordered a couple of things from Midway on Saturday. UPS will be delivering today. That's pretty quick turnaround in my book.

I ordered some mags last week. Got them yesterday via the USPS. Only took one day longer than some steel targets I ordered from Amazon.

I got two mags and a pouch about a week ago -- everything got here in about a week from order to drop off. Patience is a virtue
