Classes for CHL Holders on CC/OC Law?

I know that where I used to live in VA there was an attorney who taught classes to cover CC and OC law, as well as castle doctrine, stand your ground, and what you needed to know from a legal standpoint about self-defense and what to do if you ever found yourself in a shooting situation. I haven't seen anything like that around here in the Houston area. Does anyone know of any classes like that - taught by an attorney with that kind of background?
