Email for Sig customer support?

Anyone have an email for Sig customer support? I see phone numbers on their site and I can call Monday. But, I want to get some pictures to them as well if I can get a jump on it. From the wording of their warranty (2nd hand pistol and a non-transferrable warranty,) I don't expect to get far by phone.

Yes, I have, I called first, then e-mailed. Their solution for a finish issue was bull.. What's your issue? Ordered a spare barrel for another weapon same time, they failed to follow instructions and fitted it to the weapon they had.

I did mention a rust issue, and they cleaned and serviced it for free, changed the rusty mag release out for no charge. So it wasn't a complete loss.

I love my Sig, I wish they took my concerns more seriously.

They failed to fix the finish issues, and never responded to the followup e-mail.

In order to send in something for service you need to obtain an RMA from them first, shipping label and instructions, etc.

Thanks for the info. I'll reach out and see what they say and follow up.

Thanks again tlt. I am glad to report I received a prompt reply, my firearm serviced, and already back in my hands. Took it back to the range today. :fire

I needed a new slide for my Mosquito. They replaced the slide and supplied a new spring.

It still has a heavy preference toward the Mini-Mags over the bulk stuff so I may be offering it up on the forum once I shake the junior member status. [Run-on sentences are the best!] It actually likes the AutoMatch bulk packs most of all. But, that stuff fires so dirty you could use it for smoke signals!
