Under Tex. Penal Code Sec. 46.03(a)(3) - is a private office location for an oral deposition that is properly scheduled and taken during a pending lawsuit an "office utilized by a court" where firearms are prohibited (absent authorization from the court to the contrary)?

Many thanks for responses and happy new year.

I am not a lawyer, and I can't give legal advice...

BUT

A few lawyers and laymen sitting in a room discussing something isn't a court proceeding, nor would it constitute court business.

Even if it were "court business" it wouldn't become such until the deposition were admitted into evidence after the fact...

Or so would seem logical to me.
