So, the take away is that in the digital age everything we post no matter how old no matter where it is becomes fair game?

I'm not a Stickland fan, but apparently these posts are between 11 and 15 years ago. The Houston Chronicle is a part of the Hearst version of the National Inquirer, so I'm not surprised.

Once it is on the internet it is there forever. There are a few places that do nothing but cache information.

I know the internet is forever. Its applicable use is the question.

Charles that is a very well reasoned response.

Poor decision to post those statements online, but what he did is really irrelevant. His position on Liberty is admirable. It's too bad he uses OCT-like antics.

Yeah it could be legalized

I'm all in favor of legalization. Sad we've forgotten the lessons of Prohibition, while we wring our hands about the Mexican cartels.

One of the comments was 7 years ago in 2008 when he was discussing beating a drug urine test. Regardless whether or not the Chronicle should be carrying this, Stickland does not represent the character I want toting the torch of Liberty on my behalf.

I agree with mojo, Stickland shouldn't have posted the comment about beating the drug test but I still support him.

I'm not 30 yet and I am pretty sure I was still doing things I regret frequently up until relatively recently. Like hanging out with everyones "favorite" trilby gun rights activist.
