I submitted all my paperwork and we won't get into the charge but I have an order of non-disclosure with all my discharge info for deferred adjudication and the dates of everything are on it as well. Will this work for discharge paperwork? The court won't do copies over the phone I have to physically walk in show ID and then they have to go to a special file cabinet to pull my paperwork has it is all sealed except in that one spot. Then they verify my social as well to ensure I am me before they will even give me a copy of my record.
Well I live 6 hours away and when we moved I never thought I would need all the discharge paperwork again as I have the non-disclosure paperwork with everything on it so it would be a pain in the well you know to get it.

I had one person tell me that all they sent in was the order of non-disclosure and it was fine, plastic in 60 days.
I have had a couple of folks tell me that they turned in completion and discharge from DA, and they came back and wanted charging docs, and getting on DA, and it took another 75 days after they turned those copies in.
If I were you, I would submit the non-disclosure and see if they come back and request more. It is possible that it could go through just fine with no additional docs required. It would be worth a try to avoid a long drive right now. If they want more... ROAD TRIP!!!

Maybe you could send a written request (via snail mail) with a notarized document verifying your identity.
I have and if they can't verify me in person they won't give it. My attorney can't even get it and he received a letter form the court to destroy all documents related to the case. So he doesn't have it. I guess the fine of 250,000k for each report outside of me is enough to get them to lock it down pretty good.

I did submit my non-disclosure paperwork with my 101 and everything else with the supporting docs. BTW I got screwed by red tape not an actual crime. Installed a tracking device on a car I sold to a person on a payment plan... They quit paying so I collected he filed the complaint that I was tracking him. Where I screwed up was I signed the title and handed it over so I was in his name. It wasn't auto theft because I had a written contract for repo but its illegal to install tracking devices without consent on vehicle...
