Trace number help

I received my trace number from DPS but when I try to schedule my finger print with morpho it says still waiting for information from the DPS. I summited my online application on Dec 21 and they still haven't received any of my info to schedule finger prints. Could it really take that long maybe because of the holiday's?

MorphoTrust USA has not yet received confirmation of your Texas License to Carry a Handgun (LTC) application. If you submitted your application online today with the Texas Department of Public Safety, please wait 24 hours before attempting to schedule a fingerprint appointment with MorphoTrust. If you submitted your application via traditional paper documents the Texas Department of Public Safety will notify you in writing when your application has been received and will confirm that you are eligible to schedule a fingerprint appointment.

Just talked to Morpho it is a problem with the DPS system, any one that didn't get the finger prints scheduled the same time they did there online application is stuck in there system. From Dec 19 thru today.

I had to wait about 4 days or so before I could schedule fingerprints back in September. Just keep trying daily.
