I used to live in Victoria.
I dealt with a guy who owned Don's Firearms a few times. Always seemed like a stand up guy and treated me fairly. His address is still active (according to google maps). Don's Firearms , 2302 N. Main Victoria TX.
He could also try R&M Firearms in El Campo TX. It's about a 50 mile drive from Victoria. I've never used them but a buddy of mine who lives there swears by them. R&M Firearms, 28348 Hwy 59, El Campo TX.
