I know I am still rather new to CHL now LTC. But I just ran across a term on an anti gun site "ammosexuals". I have to admit that is the first for me. I guess I am out of the closet now.

Me too, does that mean that I'm now a protected class?

Not trying to hijack this topic, just giving a compliment. I admire you people who can regularly read and post on the antis' sites. We definitely need to keep up with them but I just can't handle reading their dribble very often. I can't deal with their stupidity. I would have to post and probably be banded after the first post. So, thanks to all of yall who keep the rest of us abreast of their antics.

Presumably, the anti gun site folks think we'd be offended, wrong...not only am I not offended, I rather like the term.

Plus, most of us gun folk have a good sense of humor, something lefties could use a lot more of...

Never heard this term before. About the only thing I like more than guns is bulk ammo. One can never have too much ammo unless you're swimming or on fire...

I have reloaded ammo for about 55 years, had no clue I had ammo-sexual disorder..
If this disorder is terminal, I am OK with that .

I've learned that all sorts of perversions should be tolerated, if not celebrated. If liking guns is now a perversion, then people who post 30.06/30.07 signs aren't celebrating my diversity, and should be publically shamed.

The gun control supporters are becoming increasingly frustrated that they are losing across the board both in a majority of states and in Congress. I've seen this consistently in recent liberal forums this past year.

Unlike the rest of you, I don't think the term ammosexual refers to a lifestyle or a perversion. To me, it's almost like a religion. And in that light, you may refer to me as a gundamentalist ammosexual.

I contend that we now fall under the Equal Protection thingy and since I'm helpless to overcome it, the A.D.A. too... so we should be allowed anywhere to exercise our equal rights ...
