Federal Will Soon Produce Syntech Ammo

New to the Federal Premium Ammunition line is Syntech, a polymer-encased lead core bullet.
The entire projectile surface is coated completely sealing off the lead from contact with its shooter.
I took the above from an article in Feb issue of "Guns & Ammo written by Patrick Sweeney.
Now more worry about the hazards of lead when shooting.
This ammo is for practice, not self defense and according to the article it's cost will reflect it as practice ammo.
One of the many pluses, is the polymer is so slick gun barrels will last longer.
It's not yet on the market, but from what I gather from the article it won't be long before we can buy it.
If you shoot much, lead is a real hazard.
