2015 CHL-16 Errors

I just noticed that the CHL-16 that I downloaded is missing some of the updates for 2015/16.
46.15 Isn't updated with open carry exception.
46.05 isn't updated to change NFA items from a defense to prosecution to non-applicable.
Am I missing something? Anybody else see these or others?
