Open Carry Experience

Hello All - It's been a few weeks since being in the forum. Was wanting to discuss everyone's experiences with open carry. I myself haven't practiced it much, usually when at Academy, only because my local Academy loves the idea of open carry, and it's not against their policy of course. Other than that I CC. But I have done it a few other times just to help with my own confidence and to see what type of reaction I would receive from the public. My experiences have all been positive so far. Folks typically only ask what I carry. I have noticed so many 30.06 and 07 signs going up in the Houston area. I live in the Corpus area but get the notifications like I'm sure most of y'all do. How have yalls experiences been so far?
