If the guy in the Jetta had been armed the guy in the Infinity would have been in big trouble.

Is this probable cause to use your weapon to defend yourself?

Probably not be in California. :biggrinjester:

If someone is road raging, drive away or let them get way ahead if possible. De-escalate. The victim said the other driver kept trying to cut him off. But if after trying to de-escalate and someone's coming at me like that... I would be prepared.

I had a road-rager pull a gun on me in North Hollywood once.

Good times indeed.

I have driven on California highways many times. Coming to a complete stop a multilane highway there (or anywhere really) is just nuts. Everyone involved, including the camera guy, is lucky we are not reading that their bodies were pried out of a multi-car smash-up.
