San Antonio Rodeo grounds - 30.06 and Bexar county owned.

How can I find the right person at Bexar County to send the notice of violation for posting 30.06 on the rodeo ground entrances? Every entrance to the Rodeo grounds had giant signs posted. Rodeo grounds are in the AT&T Center Parking lot and Freeman Coliseum, which are Bexar County owned. Rodeo is only 2 more business days, so this might be tilting at windmills.... But their signs are huge and the new wording from 2015, and had 30.07 signs, so the effort to exclude legal carry is fresh.

I would send it to the County Judge, with maybe a copy to all county commissioners.

Is the rodeo a PRCA, PBA, APRA, CPRA, UPRA or IPRA event? If so it would be a PROFESSIONAL SPORTING EVENT and carry is precluded by law already and 30.06/30.07 postings would be a moot point other than as a warning to LTC holders.

That would only apply to the arena itself. Ft. Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, just wrapped up at the first of the month, they allowed both CC and OC except for the rodeo arena and a couple of other buildings designated as school sponsored activity areas. They had no problems for the two weeks that it ran. I don't think there was a lot of OC, I wouldn't with the crowds, I don't understand why SA and Houston are doing this.

I understand why Houston is doing this. The Houston rodeo used to be a Texas event for Texans with traditional Texas roots. It is now a huge business run by businessmen who simply want to make it even bigger. Rodeo and tradition be damned. Let's all be modern and not make anyone uncomfortable.
If I'm not mistaken, a few years back the rodeo banned Confederate flags.
