I saw this video and thought I would share.
You can actually buy these for about $40 each.

Pretty cool but I don't think I want to let one go off in my hand unless I'm the one on fire!!

There's videos of a guy holding one and it going off on purpose. Wouldn't want to do it but he wasn't hurt.

Old idea reborn, and probably safer than the turn-of-the-century Glass Fire Grenades.

Pretty cool, one major place that reminds of my own safety is I think ALL apartments should have one above the stoves & ovens,, would save a lot of life's & inside the walls (behind Sheetrock) of all apts & houses where the electrical wires are.

The question is, how can I buy one (or two or three)? Their website is in German.

I'm with TAM.
I'd like to buy some of these critters.

It appears from their website that they are trying to find distributors for the US.
There is a similar product available on Amazon called ICEKEY Fire Extinguisher Ball Auto Fire Off.
They are available for purchase.

I'm not affiliated in anyway and I had the same thought as you - I'm interested in purchasing some
I was a bit concerned that they would pass muster in the USA, given all of our restrictions. My vivid imagination had a concern that someone would think that it was a b...o...m...b.
But here is the link for US marketing. Unfortunately, it only provides a phone number

They would probably be illegal in NYC and New Jersey.

There are other similar products out there. Our fire department has talked about getting some, but we kind of let it drift...may have to rekindle (heh) that conversation. Looks pretty good for a small, relatively contained fire. I wonder how big a room/fire one of two of these could handle..hmmm.
