Texas LTC to surpass 1 million

No quotes from DPS in this story, but the article states that

That probably includes some non-resident licenses, but basically 1 in 27 people in Texas have an LTC.

About 1 in 19 that are age eligible. Over 27% of Texans are under 18, so throw most 18 to 20 year olds in as ineligible and it is definitely over 5% with a LTC.

Do I get a Gold Card license if mine is the 1 Millionth LTC issued?
License for life or something?
Or maybe a trip to RSD to see how the license are born?

No but they will bronze your LTC target..

No but they will bronze your LTC target..
I think you have to go to Austin to pick up the gold CHL Tiara and sash in a formal ceremony with news photographers and stuff.

I guess I took the reply's differently. I saw the respondents trying to play along with your comment and trying to be funny. 99.999% of the people on this forum are polite and respectful and mean no harm or insult by their comments.

I'm somewhat confused as well. I know there was no intent to insult or belittle. I was playing along with the idea of getting special recognition for being the 1 millionth.
