Best way to contact the Regulatory Services Division?

Hey all!
I am trying to contact the Regulatory Services Division but I am not having any luck. The number just disconnects, and the email form doesn't appear to be in working order. I click submit and NOTHING happens. Is there a physical office I can visit?

All I want to do is ask a simple straight forward question. I just want to renew my license online. There is a slot that reads EMPLOYER. I am self-employed. What do I need to put in the slot? I am trying to look through the FAQ and I can't find ANY information on it what-so-ever.

Appreciate the help y'all. God Bless~

Welcome to the forum. :tiphat:

You answered your own question. Just put in 'Self-employed' :thumbs2:

Thank you! That's what common sense would dictate, but I've found it always helps to double-check. Last thing I'd want is for them to delay the process because I was missing the dash in Self-employed or something nonsensical like that. :rules:

Is there anywhere on the internet where can I find this information?

Not really. There is not a guideline from RDS. However, this forum is a great place to ask questions and get good answers. Stick around and be a regular and you can get a lot of good information! :thumbs2:
