Dallas Gun Show - Questions about Visitors Policy

Never been before, but I'm planning on going to the Dallas Gun Show this weekend. I checked their website and found this policy for visitors.

Please forgive my ignorance (I'm an old country boy), but a few questions come to mind:
1. For those of you who have been to Market Hall in the past to one of these shows, is this policy anything new?
2. What kind of "sealed" plastic bag do they issue to store your loose ammo in?
3. Loading your weapon in the parking lot after leaving the building seems to go against good sound gun handling practice. Does everybody really do that? Seems to me that any LEO or security would not like to see people loading magazines while walking through a parking lot.

I was there recently but did not realize any difference than last year or anytime before that.

Baggie is new to me, before they took your ammo an never gave it back. Not sure when this was instituted.
I revolver carry so no issue to load/unload.

I like how they say they are proud supporters of concealed carry, but you can't do it there.

Sounds like you had to wait until you got back to your vehicle to reload. Walking across a public parking lot unarmed?

Makes no sense. Either you support LTC, or you don't.

Danger is my business. And business is good.
Been going to Market Hall for decades, the parking lot is far safer than inside.

Well that's real comforting to know.
