Looking for opinions on options. I currently have what I signed up for about this time last year while taking my CHL. Won't name it, but it's the one who markets heavily to CHL classes here. Anyway, I now know that the year is coming due any day, and I also get a letter from them stating that they lost my phone number (never mind I had filled out that whole family profile on their web portal), and they need me to contact them. I go to log in on my web portal and get "errors". Well, I wasn't born yesterday. They either are that incompetent or want me to call in for a sales pitch. Either reason cause me concern over any real professionalism going on here.

Anyways, what are some better options?
