Child wounded. 4 men showed up and started shooting at people gathered to watch fireworks on the 4th of July.

I doubt this story will ever have headline "Mass Shooting" anywhere. Seems to be yet more of the same with gangs fighting over turf. Inside the Beltway is closely resembling Southside Chicago more and more. Multiple shootings, people dying needlessly, and no one "snitching" to help prevent further violence.

Heck even in the comments they refer to one of the victims by his street name and as much declare the intent to get retribution.
