Looking for a good IWB holster for a Hi Power.
Has anyone tried an Alien or Crossbreed or other brand?
Looking for some feedback from anyone that carries a Hi Power.
Thanks in advance!

I carry my Hi Power OWB but have tried several IWB holstors. Crossbreed seems nice as do a couple of DeSantis and Don Hume holsters I have tried. I have found that I just don't like have my gun stuck inside my pants.

If you are located in the North Dallas suburban area, I would be happy to let you try mine.

I have carried in both and own both. I personally like the alien gear cloak tuck 3.0 over the crossbreed. It's not as hot in the summer and you only have to buy one holster. Whenever you get a new gun you just by a new kydex shell. And the holster is in the 30-40$ range vs crossbreed and you get it a lot sooner. Both are great tho.

Thanks, will look at the Alien gear website.

I carry a HI-Power every day and have both an Alien Gear and Crossbreed. I loved my Crossbreed but I like my Alien Gear cloak tuck 3 better. It just seems to be more comfortable and it didn't take any break in period. I used my Crossbreed for several years. Only had my AG since shortly after Christmas.

I recommend AG and enjoy the much lower price.

I like every holster made by D.M. Bullard. His Dual Carry Holster offers you the option of either IWB or OWB with just one very nice leather holster. I am not much in "clips" in a holster because they seem to fail so I like changing them out for "loops", but about a year or so ago I changed over to using just Bullards holsters. I have not yet broke a clip. They are in Azle, TX, but you can order online.

I agree. Look to see if it's in their IN STOCK area first though. You can bypass the 2 month wait that way. I actually drove out to pick up my first holster from them. I've purchased 6 others since then. Their Dual Carry is amazing.

You have good taste in guns. When you want to turn that gun into an even sweeter, unbelievable shooter, the best HP gunsmith that I know lives in Sugar Land outside of Houston. You WILL be spoiled after he gets his hands on it.

My go-to guy is Teddy Jacobson in SugarLand. As far as bluing, night sights, etc., you might want to look elsewhere, because as far as I know, Teddy just works on guts. For a HP, he will make the mag drop free, remove the magazine disconnector (mag safety), make the trigger like glass, and polish the feed ramp. He is all about the gun's innards, and he is the best that I have found, having had work done on a number of HP's and clones. He is older now, and not in the best of health, so he doesn't take on as much work as he used to, so be patient when you contact him. I have had him work on some cheap, rough clones that came out shooting as well as any higher priced Belgian Browning.Tell him Ross sent you.
