Has the frequency of these mass murders been occurring all the time for a LONG time, or have I had blinders on all these years and haven't heard about it? Or is these mass murders over the globe some new 'hot' button the media jumps all over?

I think the crazies are trying to out do each other in a sick game of horror.
This was a home for disabled people.

Tragic and horrible news. Nonetheless, where is Hilary and her ilk (all Anti-2ndA) to call for ban on assault knives.

Very saddening and maddening. We all need to be diligently aware of our surroundings when out and about.

BTW, there's a priceless photo accompanying the article of a woman standing in front of a UK "Knife Bin" where people can relinquish all manner of deadly items...like kitchen knives, forks, and screwdrivers. Under the banner, "Only Cowards Carry," is a headshot Tickle Me Elmo.

It's the fault of the Japanese National Knife Association.

I personally would like to see specific laws banning "sharpened earrings" as the article suggests. This has become a massive issue in the USA and needs to be addressed here also! Hahahahahahahahahaha!
I just sent this to my brother-in-law who is English and lives in Houston. I can't wait to get his reaction, by the way he owns more guns than and I do!

Used to spend a lot of time in Sagamihara. Cool area with lots to do there.
Horrible crime.
