I figured the management of a BBQ joint would know better.

They have a bar area that is completely separate from the dining area. I am sure that is the 51% part.

The whole BBQ industry and those who like BBQ just try to keep the vegan down. We need to outlaw and ban all BBQ so the vegans can go out in public without seeing people or establishments promoting the eating of animals that just want to live in peace and harmony with each other.

I feel the same way about those maniacs who insist on consuming harmless plant life. Animals are violent by their very nature and there is some justice when they are consumed by other animals (humans). But plants? Come on! Plants never hurt anyone!
